UFS Dispensary and dwelling at 276 Charman Road Cheltenham Materials were 'off form' concrete to balcony and verandah parapets and facebrick walls, tumble brick with deeply ironed mortar joints. Architects Chancellor & Patrick, approx. cost $38,400.
